TikTok Account Finder
Find a TikTok account from its username or from any video link. See who posted a video, plus the account's avatar, stats, and numeric ID. Free, with no login.
How to find a TikTok account
- Choose “By username” or “By video link”.
- Enter the @username, or paste the video link (short vm.tiktok.com links work too).
- Select “Find account” to see the account behind it.
Find an account from a video
Paste a TikTok video link and this looks up the account that posted it. When available, it also shows the account's real numeric user ID, its actual profile picture, engagement stats, and video download links — sourced from a third-party data provider (TikLiveAPI), since TikTok's own public data doesn't expose those fields. If it isn't reachable, you still get the thumbnail and caption from TikTok's own oEmbed endpoint instead.
Account creation date
TikTok does not publicly display when an account was created, and there's no public API or page that exposes it. Any tool claiming to show an exact creation date is either guessing or fabricating a result, so this one doesn't show one. The closest legitimate proxy is an account's earliest visible video — see how to find someone's first TikTok video for a way to check that instead. (The video lookup above can show when a specific video was posted — that's a real, accurate date for that video, but it still isn't the same as knowing when the account itself was created.)
Deleted and old accounts
When a username search returns no result, TikTok gives no way to distinguish between a deleted account, a banned account, a username that changed, and a username that never existed — the public page looks the same in every case. This tool reports a failed lookup honestly as “no result,” rather than asserting the account was deleted when that can't actually be confirmed.
Finding an account from a picture
This tool does not accept image uploads and does not run reverse-image or facial matching against TikTok accounts — no tool that claims to do this reliably from a single photo is being honest about how that technology works. What does work is checking whether the exact image appears elsewhere online:
- Run the picture through a general reverse-image search (Google Images, Bing Visual Search, TinEye) to see where else it's posted.
- If the picture came from a screenshot of a TikTok video or profile, check the visible username, watermark, or captions in the image itself.
- Search any username, name, or handle visible in the picture directly with the User Finder.

Frequently asked questions
- Can this tool show when a TikTok account was created?
- No. TikTok doesn't publicly expose account creation dates, so no tool can reliably show one without guessing.
- How can I tell if a TikTok account was deleted?
- A username that returns no result may be deleted, banned, or simply mistyped. There's no public way to tell these apart with certainty.
- Can I upload a photo to find a TikTok account?
- Not here, and be skeptical of any site that claims to reliably match a photo to a TikTok account — that isn't a capability publicly available tools actually have.
- Where do the numeric ID, stats, and download links on a video lookup come from?
- A third-party data provider (TikLiveAPI) — not TikTok directly. It's usually reliable but not guaranteed, and if it's unreachable this tool falls back to TikTok's own oEmbed data with fewer fields.
